Starting in a small building outfitted with select machines, the father and son team worked together to build Sargent Metal.

Donnie instilled these same values in his son, Tim Hayden, who started Tim working in the shop at age 14. Tim continued working through out high school and college and after graduation transitioned easily into a full time position, where he now retains the position of President.

Tim's prior experience with Sargent Metal has increased his customer savvy attitude and has assisted Donnie in developing the companies production, quality and sales programs.

Sargent Metal Fabricators family-operated business carries over 30 years of tradition. Just as the commitment to quality and customer service was recognized in 1975, Donnie, Tim and the rest of the Sargent Metal team are devoted to continuing this commitment.

When trucks roll out with finished parts going to a customer they have the Sargent Metal name on their sides.
