Laser QC-Flat Part inspection

The Laser QC brings part inspection up to the speed of today’s advanced production technology to dramatically increase throughput in precision sheet metal fabrication. What this means for our customers is a laser fast, laser accurate inspected part throughout their part runs.

The "Virtek Laser QC" is an automated, self-calibrating laser inspection system for first article inspection, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and reverse engineering of 2D materials.

The LaserQC inspection system has been designed specifically for the precision fabrication industry, to provide the ability to quickly and accurately scan and or produce 1st Article Inspection on any flat part during the initial phases of manufacturing. Some of the many features of our LaserQC inspection system:

Laser Accurate-The system quickly performs 100% inspections accurate to +/- .002

Tolerances can be set on system to meet customer requirements

Provide fast turnaround on first article inspections by reducing inspection time

Increase production throughput and reduce idle time on our CNC equipment by performing inspections on the shop floor

Reports-The system is capable of generating many different type of reports-from actual dimensions, SPC, and many other documents for ISO 9001-2000.
